Sponsored by BAWG, craft sessions for kids. A great way for kids to have some fun while we wait for a visit from Santa! Held in the office of the Rural Municipality of Belfast at Wood Islands Market.
Visit a heritage lighthouse and tour a museum with 5 levels of artifacts. Learn about rum runners, fishing industry, history and the life of a lighthouse keeper.
Need a bottle of wine to go with dinner? Stop in at the Liquor Store for a variety of local and imported wine and spirits. The Saltwater Shop has snacks, soda, sundries and locally made treats and souveniers.
Satisfy your sweet tooth. Browse the wide assortment of old fashioned candy, locally made fudge, and other local treats.
Walk or bike the confederation trail. What was once the railway line is now a heritage trail with lookouts and interpretive panels. Get your exercise while breathing salt air. Enjoy the sights and sounds of nature.
